Heat treatment
Each tube is treated after bending heat to release pressure, temperature and insulation time.
Heat exchanger is widely used in automobile, aviation, petrochemical, power, medicine, metallurgy, refrigeration, light industry, food, construction machinery and other industries of a general equipment, accounting for about 20%~70% of the total amount of process equipment. According to the shape and structure of its heat transfer surface, it can be divided into tube type, plate type and other forms of heat exchanger. The commonly used heat exchanger types are floating head type, fixed tube plate type and U-shaped tube type, among which the floating head type heat exchanger is in the majority. Due to its own structure, the application of the fixed pipe plate heat exchanger is limited; the floating head heat exchanger has many parts, easy to remove and clean, but the maintenance workload is large, and the leakage of the tube plate is less than the fixed tube plate heat exchanger, the leakage point is reduced accordingly. In addition, the U-type tube heat exchanger is relatively easy to dry after the shell process hydraulic test, and it has wide application occasions, simple maintenance, and good operation elasticity. If the heat exchange area of the heat exchanger is small, the temperature difference between the shell and the tube is large or the shell medium is easy to dirty, the surface of the tube bundle needs to be cleaned frequently, the U-type tube heat exchanger is generally used.
