Product Description
Angle steel is widely used in construction, machinery manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, ship manufacturing and other fields. There are many different shapes and sizes of angle steels that can meet different needs. For example, small size Angle steel is often used in structural support, equipment manufacturing and other fields, while large size Angle steel is often used in large structural fields such as Bridges and ocean engineering.
It is mainly divided into two types: equal angle steel and unequal angle steel, among which unequal corner steel can be divided into two types: unequal equal edge thickness and unequal edge thickness.
Mechanical performance inspection
(1) Inspection method:
① Tensile test method. The common standard test methods include GB / T228-87, JISZ2201, JISZ2241, ASTMA370, ГОСТ1497, BS18, DIN50145, etc.; ② bending test method. Commonly used standard test methods are GB / T232-88, JISZ2204, JISZ2248, ASTME290, ГОСТ14019, DIN50111, etc.
(2) Performance indicators: the test items to assess the performance of angle steel are mainly tensile test and bending test. The indicators include yield point, tensile strength, elongation rate and bending qualification.
