Product Description

The silicon steel takes core loss (iron loss) and magnetic induction strength (magnetic sense) as the magnetic guarantee value of the product. Low silicon steel loss can save a lot of electricity, prolong the working time of the motor and transformer and simplify the cooling system. The power loss caused by silicon and steel loss accounts for 2.5%~4.5% of the annual power generation, among which the transformer iron loss accounts for about 50%, 1~100kW small motors account for about 30%, and fluorescent lamp ballasts account for about 15%. Silicon steel has high magnetic sensitivity, and the exciting magnetic current of the iron core is reduced, which also saves electric energy. The high magnetic sense of silicon steel can make the designed maximum magnetic sensor (Bm) high, small core volume, light weight, save silicon steel, wire, insulation materials and structural materials, not only make the loss of motor and transformer and manufacturing costs reduced, but also facilitate assembly and transportation. The motor with circular teeth folded into the core works in operation. Silicon steel plate is required to be magnetic isotropic and made of unoriented silicon steel. The transformer made of strips stacked into iron core or rolled into iron core works in the static state and is made of cold rolled oriented silicon steel with large magnetic anisotropy. In addition, silicon steel is required to have good punching shear, smooth surface and uniform thickness, good insulation film and magnetic time is small.
