According to its radius of curvature, it can be divided into long radius elbow and short radius elbow. The long radius elbow refers to the outer diameter of the tube with a radius of curvature of 1.5 times, namely R=1.5D; the short radius elbow refers to its radius of curvature equal to the outer diameter of the pipe, namely R=1.0D.(D is the elbow diameter and R is the radius of curvature).
According to pressure level, there are about 17 pipes with the same American standard, including Sch 5s, Sch10s, Sch 10, Sch 20, Sch 30, Sch40s, STD, Sch 40, Sch 60, Sch80s, XS; Sch 80, SCH100, Sch120, Sch140, Sch160, XXS; the most commonly used two are STD and XS.
According to different shapes and uses, it can be divided into: groove elbow, card type elbow, double bearing elbow, elbow flange elbow, diameter elbow, sitting elbow, inner and outer teeth elbow, stamping elbow, push elbow, bearing elbow, opposite welding elbow, inner silk elbow, etc.
